About Rebecca
After receiving my Master's degree from the University of South Carolina's International Business program, I lived in Mexico and Spain for years. Using my international experience as a springboard, I built my early career in international marketing and market research for the high-tech industry before moving 15 years ago to talent consulting across a broad array of industries. In this role, I served as the Chief Client Officer and Americas’ Practice Leader for Engagement and Culture at Kincentric (formerly Hewitt and later Aon) consulting with companies across many different sizes and industry segments and working with a number of Fortune 500s.
In 2014, I began to train as an executive coach. I completed my executive coaching training at the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara and received my initial International Coaching Federation credentialing (ACC) in 2015. In this role I found great satisfaction as I helped executives reach their potential. I knew I had found my calling.
In 2021, I achieved my Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) and finally, in February of 2022, after completing more than 1,000 hours of executive coaching and numerous coaching certifications, I started my own executive coaching and advising business. In this role, I have the privilege of helping ambitious executives on their journey to reach their dreams.
It takes courage to dream big and to step into your dream. I'm here to help you every step of the way.
